Who will be helping me?
After you sign up, we will match you to an available doctor who can help with your condition.
Can WePrescribe substitute for traditional face-to-face doctor visits?
Yes. You may WePrescribe services in place of seeing your regular PCP in certain cases. The professionals who work through WePrescribe are licensed and credentialed physicians who are certified in Hawaii’s. We only offer services that can substitute for traditional face-to-face visits. We do not diagnose with a video call.
How long does it take before I can speak with someone?
This process can take a few minutes or a few hours depending on what time of day you sign up.
How will I communicate with the doctor?
You will chat with your doctor through a video call. No app download is necessary and you will receive instructions after signing up.
Can I be reimbursed by my insurance?
WePrescribe does not guarantee any reimbursements. Since we only use licensed medical professionals, you may be able to get reimbursed, but this is a decision by your insurance company.
How do I cancel my membership?
Annual Memberships can be cancelled with an early cancellation fee of $49.99.
Hardship Memberships can be cancelled after three months with an early cancellation fee of $99.99

How is my privacy protected?
Many patients prefer to use WePrescribe because our services do not show up on medical records.
